Introduction
Soft skills can be defined as the basic personality traits and behavioral actions of a person. These are quite different from technical skills. These skills help a person to enhance his/her understanding, better interpersonal relationships, study the group of people around him/her so that his/her performance becomes effective and influential. We all are social animal so we habitat in a society where we interact with other human beings regularly. We need some special skills so that our interaction with other humans becomes productive and comfortable. We do not work on the development of our skills but also try to understand the human behavior of people around us. These skills help us to build trust, dependability, and influence others.

We feel proud to be professional trainers for the development of the soft skills of other human beings. We have conducted more than 80 seminars and trained more than 10000 people. We have conducted our workshops at various universities, colleges, schools, hospitals, etc.

Why Soft Skills Needed?
As mentioned earlier, interaction with other humans is inevitable. As a student, we need to interact with our teachers and peers. Being a professional, we need to interact with our boss and colleagues. If we are at our home, we talk and listen to our father, mother, and other blood relatives. While living in society, we have to deal with other fellow citizens. We appear in various types of interview and communicate with various types of organizations and agencies. If we understand the basic concepts of soft skills modules, we can be more peaceful and productive in various life situations. If we lack soft skills, we may limit our approach and level of success. Therefore, soft skills are skills that are needed by every one of us.


What types of skills are soft skills?
The list of soft skills is extremely exhaustive. Some the prime skills which must be learned by all of us are:-
(a) Internal Soft Skills:- Self Confidence, Motivation, Positive Thinking, Anger Management, Problem Solving, Handling Failures, Critical Thinking, Adaptability, Creativity Management, Time Management, etc.
(b) External Soft Skills:- Team Work, Leadership, Public Speaking, Appearance Management, Communication Skills, Interview Skills, Negotiation, Body Language, Work Ethics, Cooperation, etc.


How we train people?
We believe that soft skills can be learned. We counsel/guide people through the following steps:-
(a) We discuss the soft skills issues with our clients and do the "Training Needs Analysis". We can cater to any kind of soft skills requirement. Either we take up suggestions from the clients or suggest the modules of training as per our perceptions.
(b) The modules are prepared while keeping in mind the requirements of the client. The modules include PowerPoint presentations, relevant videos, management games, open house discussions, etc.
(c) The participants do their self-assessment on the module and rate them accordingly.
(d) The training schedule is planned and sessions are conducted.
(e) The post-session assessment is done by the participants.
(f) The data is analyzed before submitting the detailed report of the module.
(g) The final reports include outcomes of training as well as suggestions to improve the performance in the future.
*Training sessions range from 2 hrs session to one day, two days or three days workshop.
