Mr. Sehdev Kumar Sharma is the Founding Director and Managing Director of academics of Success Mantra Educare. He is a well-qualified person. He holds degrees of Master of Philosophy in Human Resources Management, Masters in Management, Bachelor of Laws (Labour Laws), Master of Arts (History), Post Graduate Diploma in Journalism and Mass Communication and Diploma in Electronics and Communication. He has experience and exposure of about 28 years in government and private sector. He served in Indian Air Force for 20 years. He also served in Lovely Professional University for 6.5 years as Assistant Professor. He has started his own educational venture in May 2015 and named it as Success Mantra Educare. He has vast knowledge to handle human capital, academic administration, office administration and conducting various seminars and workshops on the issues of "Personality Development and Life Skills. He has personally conducted more than 50 sessions as a resource person to develop students, academicians, and professionals in various industries. He has trained more than 5000+ people. He is an excellent trainer for IELTS and spoken English also. His 50+ students scored 6+ bands and now well settled in Canada, Australia, and America. He is a philanthropist, visionary and progressive leader. He is a severe mentor and sincere guide who always tries to deliver his best trainees. He is a writer who loves to write books, poetry, and stories. His first book named "Five Great Civilization of World History" is available on various online stores. He has written more than 15 research papers on various historical, management and social aspects. He his deeply involved in various social and educational events and activities. He has his own youtube channels to nurture young minds to learn basic concepts of spoken English, IELTS, and management of life. He is a very passionate teacher who follows a holistic approach to teach and guide his students. Because of this tireless efforts, he has bagged the "Best Teachers Award" in 2013 for Social Sciences Department of Lovely Professional University. He also received Best Research Paper Award by Apeejay Management College, Jalandhar in 2012.
